Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. You pay month to month and can cancel any time from Settings. Your account goes read-only and nothing is deleted, so you can still view and export everything.

Only to take card payments. Connecting takes about five minutes. Without it, clients pay by bank transfer using the details on your invoices.

Yes. You get your own booking page to share anywhere. You choose whether each booking needs your OK first or goes straight into your diary.

Yes. Each business’s data is kept separate, everything is encrypted in transit, and each person only sees what their role allows. Barclo runs on its own servers in the UK. We never sell or share your data.

I’m not very techy. Will I manage?
