Can it handle group walks with a dog limit?
Yes. Set how many dogs fit each walk and Barclo counts them. When a walk is full it stops taking bookings, so you never overbook.

Yes, it’s live in the iPhone and Android app. It tracks the route, distance and time with the phone locked in your pocket, and the route map can go in the walk report.
Does it do multi-dog discounts?
Yes. Set money off for the second dog onwards, as a fixed amount or a percentage, and Barclo applies it to every booking.

The walk carries on. GPS points are saved on the phone and sent when the signal comes back, and the walk survives the app closing.
I’m on a spreadsheet now. Can I bring my clients across?
Yes. Download the template, fill in one row per dog and import your clients, dogs, health and behaviour details in one go. You can export everything again any time.
